So I went to court today for when I totalled my car. Judge found me guilty.... I knew that was gonna happen I didn't even wanna go that was mom's fault but whatever. I asked if I could take a class to get the points taken off and he had his person... I dunno what she is give me a list... I'm gonna do an online class ( Read more... )

I didn't know anything about that, but at least you were okay. And an online course? I've never heard of that for driving school.

Why didn't you just plead no contest?

No contest is you basically not contesting the charge. You don't plead guilty (but are still sentenced), but more or less responsibility for the act for the purposes of the court, without being "guilty."
