Arden Round Robin: Gen 2 Part 3

Due to the rules of the Round Robin challenge, only 3 kids can be eligible for heir and of COURSE she had to have twins for her last birth! IIRC, the rules say the firstborn of the twins is the eligible one but I can't remember who was born first >_> So I'm going to bend the rules a bit and whichever twin is more interesting will be the heir candidate. Damn fertile sims!
I'm trying to speed this up a bit but with the format I chose, it's more work for updates. I'm tentatively figuring I'll need 2 more parts but we shall see...
