I have sat with some of the students who are going to be under my wing next year. I felt so comfortable and in place. One of the pricipals even said that they were concerned that they wouldn't find any one to replace the teacher who is retireing but now They are not worried at all. I got a second interview for the special ed job! It is Friday so keep your prayer on.

The interview went well, and now starts the waiting. I sent a thank you note this morning hinting that even though i interviewed for an LD opening I would accept the ID placement too. I have an interview on Thursday. I would really benefit from having this teaching job. I haven't taught in a public school for 4 years and there's one other thing, I have too many years experience (22) and a Master's degree. Most schools are under budget cuts and would rather hire some one they don't have to pay alot. here's to our public education
