Hvae you tried bittorrent? People could download from that. Hubby uses AZUREUS, a download program. If you want, he can explain how it could work for you, if you need him to.

I wish I knew of a host that offers that kind of bandwidth, but I'm not sure I do. Mine caps at 50GB
