1) I'm indifferent.
2) Isn't everything?
3) That's daft.
4) Nothing would ever make me advocate political assassination. Usually, I find politicians from any party do a fine job of that themselves.

Wanna take a wild guess where exactly I gleaned these "facts" from?

Just shoot me, will ya?

Oh, those... people... that leave comments on the FoxNews site. I don't even know what is wrong with me. It's like I'm a glutton for punishment or something.

Standard rule of thumb: never write down anything at your job that you don't want to see in the newspapers. Why don't diplomats know that?

See? That's what I'm saying. I mean, if people who aren't paid bazillions of dollars a year to know this shit do know it, and the people who are paid to know it don't, then doesn't it kind of stand to reason that they've got the wrong people doing the job?

I was totally expecting your #5 to be "Liberals are supposed to act like right-wing radicals regarding WikiLeaks and its founder." LOL By the way, is this Swedish rape accusation just some bullshit to arrest him and shut him up?

It's not WikiLeaks that has a problem - it's the people who can't keep state secrets in the vault. Someone needs to be looking at what they are doing or not doing.

I have no idea what's going on with the rape accusation, because I've heard both that he's been acquitted and that he's never been charged, so... your guess is as good as mine on that one.

And I actually don't believe for a second that one low-level PFC had access to some of this stuff. There's somebody higher up than him is sending it out, but at the same time, I can't say that I'm bothered that they are.

True. I can't find much concern in my being. I'm not devastated at the news. I have my own leaks when I look at pretty men in icons! *stares at Hunter, Misha, Jensen, Jared, Ian, etc......*

Okay, maybe I'm naive, but it seems to me that the problem the politicians should be worried about is that these things are happening, not that they're being leaked.

But maybe that's just me...

But that would make sense! And would be, like, placing blame where it actually belongs instead of deflecting attention away from their mistakes and toward the people that are pointing them out! It might even be like, a first step toward mildly accountable government employees or something!

And then where would we be?
