Me: Accepting and tasting said wafer
Coworker 2: “What are you, pawning off dog treats on us now?”
Me: “Well, call me a dog, but these are good.”

We have an empty desk right near the door into our department.. Someone once brought in a whole cake, cut into slices, and left it there.

Instead of being thankful and enjoying some, most of the others in the department took it as being insulted and challenged, so now there is a steady stream of food on that desk as the silly people all try to outdo each other.

That's terrible! Then again...is the food any good?
