Didn't really follow the Olympics this year, but I thought the Swedish men's goalie played an admirable game alone against the Canadian men's hockey team in the gold medal game. The guy should've worn ALL of the team's silver medals!

I was feeling kinda-sorta sorry for the US men's hockey team in the match for the bronze. I wanted to give them one of those Gold Star You Tried badges, only they totally didn't even try. At least they showed up? I also noticed that the US tallies medals differently than almost everyone else. They do it by number of medals, everyone else does it by type of metal + number of each. I looked it up and they're both legit, it was just a bit weird.
Yeah, the Latvians were so cool. And I'm old enough to have seen the Rasta Rockets movie in the theaters, it was nice to see them still competing.
