Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar Fasciitis! That's what it is! Lucky, lucky me!  The pain varies between tolerable and unbearable depending upon what I am trying to do, but at least it is not permanent. I'm meant to stay off of it, use crutches, rest, do heat/cold therapy, do stretches, and take Advil, but we shall see.  I am not pleased. On the upside, our connectivity is ( Read more... )

Well, I guess you can at least be glad you were right? I dunno, gotta find the positive somewhere. :P I hope that eases up for you soon. <3

If you have trouble sleeping because of the pain, a night splint really can help dramatically. It's awkward and annoying, but it helps during the acute phase.

I wear orthotics in all of my shoes now, and while it limits some of my shoe choices, it helps a LOT. It takes a while to get the pain to go away, but I almost never feel it these days unless I've been walking around barefoot a lot.
