Computer issues again

So just in case in disapear... Just the thought of having to bring my pc to the store and not being able to go online whenever I want is making me sweat already.

Aparently, I need to download a driver? WTF?

It could just be something needs updating? Or sometimes drivers get a little lost and confused. Download the driver for the device that isn't working, search Google, you should find it or sometimes the device itself will find it - download it to your desktop or your download file and double click it to install.

Just downloaded a driver for the graphicscard. That might work. But I still can't seem to get the resolution the way it was. It's acceptable now at least. As long as I can watch my shows...

Yep, graphics cards will do it every time, can you remember what your resolution was? To change it, right click anywhere on your desktop and choose properties, you should find a settings tab there where you can change the resolution - mine's at 1680 x 1050 - widescreen monitor - colour quality highest(32 bit).

I panic when this stuff happens. THis computer is like my lifeline. Sounds sad, but it's true.

Mine is like 19"w. Which I think is widescreen as well. I've tinkered with it a bit and my shows (otherwise known as the love of my life) look best at 1280x768. All the other options (including what it says on the box this screen came in) just makes all the faces look mushed.
