This is the difference eight months makes. The one on the left is one of the ones when I finally realized how big I'd gotten. The one in the middle is EXACTLY four months in. The one on the right was about 4 hours ago.
Holy crap, that is inspriring! How much weight did you lose the first 4 months? And the second 4 months? If you don't mind me asking, of course! You look fantastic. I can't wait to have my kiddo so I can start exercising and losing weight. :)
Well, in the first picture, I was somewhere between 280 and 290lbs. In the second one, I was right around 230lbs. In the last one, which was yesterday, I was 208lbs. :o) So, believe it or not, a 50-60lb difference between the first two pictures, and only about a 20lbs difference in the second two. Sometimes what's important is WHICH pounds you're on. LOL
Baby fat doesn't count, you. I bet you are a BEAUTIFUL expecting mommy!
I was about 230 pre-pregnancy, and am now sitting around 270. :/ I haven't been gaining much weight recently, which is a good thing (I'm getting enough nutrients and all that). I can't wait to take the babe walking around the parks and stuff so we can both have fresh air. :)
How are you doing the eating part? Weight Watchers? Atkins? Calorie counting? I'm curious because I'm about to go back to WW because that's where I had my most success... when I stick with eating healthy and exercising, that is. *sigh*
It's a fitness program for XBox - like a personal trainer. It re-evaluates your fitness level every 10 workouts, and the workouts get changed up every day so you never get bored...I really liked it a lot. :o)

You should be proud of yourself. I wish I had the willpower. Even with the diabetes risk, I can't seem to stay motivated to eat properly and exercise.
