THE TITLE IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT IT HURTS. Telling her to stab us in the heart is kind of redundant, BECAUSE SHE DID ALREADY A HUNDRED TIMES AND SHE'LL DO IT AGAIN. She cannot be rehabilitated. ;-)

Yes--just a little tweak to their actual past in canon and this could have happened. ... Yet it had some interesting parallels to the way things have gone in the show, with Sam all broken down by everything he's been through.
