stretch

When I told Adam how badly my lower back has been hurting, he helped me stretch it out, and then he picked me up and cracked my back -- something that has not been done in ages. I crack my back/neck all the time, and people look at me like i just pulled my head off, scratched the inside of my throat and put my head back on. It's quite amusing.

I tend to agree with your husband's theory. I also like his idea of magic and prefer that type of use over the ritualistic stuff. Do you know of he knows of any good books that talk about what he told you how to do? I find it fascinating and would like to learn more :)

I'm glad your back feels better

I don't know of any books, because Adam's personal theories tend to just fly out of his head at random. He was originally taught by Druid masters and students, and while he is still technically a member of the Order he is affiliated with, he's considered a "rogue Druid warrior".
I'm sure I could try and explain it all to you once I get it out of him. He once wrote a little "magic journal" that talked about how to be a "gray wizard" and contained instructions on how to connect with universal energies and how to tap into the godhead within the personal self. He also wrote about connecting to and energizing the chakras. I'll have to find that little book.
