The future of Tuesday

Last night, we rushed Tuesday to the animal hospital yet again -- a different one, since one we had gone to in the past was too busy. The doctors were extremely helpful and talked with us at length. Tuesday was in an oxygen chamber; her blood pressure, heart rate and temperature were low, which the doctor said was common with congestive heart

i have to second that! the love and respect you have for your cat transmits through cyberspace. there are a lot of animals that aren't valued like that.

When my kitty needed to be put down I made my mother take him to the vet; I was too weak to do it myself.
I think she had been waiting for me to be ready. Fritz had been sick for a long time.
I understand how you feel.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat. It does sound like you have been wonderful parents to Tuesday though. Our oldest cat had a bad urinary tract infection, and my parents finally had her put down (without telling me!). I heard about it later... which was only semi good because she was only close to my dad, so she wasn't my favorite cat (who died of a heart attack).

This happened to me too, it was horrible because it was my very first kitty ever and I cried alot, but you're doing the right thing, she won't suffer through this life anymore ;( And at least she was loved by you while you were here and she knows that.
