Yep, I definitely could! I tend to vividly visualise what I read, sometimes based on the person's previous writing or on what I know about them. In this case there was a lot of bright, warm colour in the world I pictured in my mind.

GAH. I love awesomely complicated entirely real dreams like this, though I don't know if I've ever had one that came with so much weight and backstory.

I've dreamed this story for years, but I've only ever remembered fragments from each dream. I love when they happen. They are unbelievably real.

One day I will make a whole story...
