People everywhere are feeling under the weather. Some sort of weather. Here, it is raining and cold. My sinuses are swollen and my head is throbbing, and I am in a flare, and I have no appetite, and I feel sad for no reasons of my own. Augh, I feel YOUR pain. Sometimes the first snow gives me anxiety attacks.

*nods* Yeah, I came close to it today, actually. I just started thinking about how much my pain levels are going to go up and how much harder it is going to be to get around and yeah...it was not a good mental space.

That makes me think about the nightmares I kept having last night. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to take both a Robaxin and a valerian herb pill, it was so bad. My brain/body is so not prepared for winter. I think it's afraid we will have another Snowpocalypse, with another four feet of snow and labyrinths of ice.
