I know a number of you have tried to call me today, unfortunately I spent 13 hours atthe hosital yesterday and then today had to go back, the long and short of it is that while UMC was unable to figure out what was unable to find out that there was in fact something wrong, a family pracitioner that Jess's dad hooked me up with was able to find out

Oh man...I totally feel for you. I've had my share of kidney infections and they are no fun at all. HELL is actually the appropriate term. The good news is that once you start antibiotics, you will start to feel better within a day or so. In the meantime, drink LOTS of water (which I know sounds like hell given how much it hurts to pee), get lots of rest, and ask your doctor to prescribe a drug called Pyridium if he hasn't done so already. Pyridium will relieve the pain, burning and "I-have-to-pee-but-I-can't" feeling. Seriously, it's God's gift to the UTI-turned-kidney-infection.

I didn't need anything other then to make sure you were okay. I was just worried because your last post was about going to the ER and then I cound't get ahold of you.

Your roomates an idiot, and gives out personal information way too easily, but I'm glad he did. Hugs, my dearest. Feel better soon. Call or e-mail be if you need anything, and I'm going to see if maybe I can escape the first weekend of March and crash at your place, k?
