Oh Jeebus, this is beautiful. I love the way you incorporated all the Heroes characters into Trek!verse. Elle's there to whip out her copy of "Sex with Peter: For Dummies", Claire's there to drink copious amounts and not get smashed and Peter's there to be pretty and force people to talk about their feelings. The Nathan cameo was made of win. I can totally picture him blazing across Starfleet campus in the name of his brother's honor (or sumthing). Kirk's right to be scared.

But I'm so glad that despite all the heart break and indiscretions that Kirk and McCoy ended up together, though I definitely enjoyed the Kirk/Peter bit <3.

Heroes has such a great ensemble of characters that I can't resist the temptation to try to work in as many as possible.

Elle's there to whip out her copy of "Sex with Peter: For Dummies", Claire's there to drink copious amounts and not get smashed and Peter's there to be pretty and force people to talk about their feelings. Ha! This description made me giggle. The world would be an easier place if Elle followed Peter around more often explaining his kinks to potential partners. Wouldn't be so many misunderstandings. Although Kirk's a pretty savvy guy (until it comes to McCoy) so he might have figured it out anyway.

Also, Nathan will end you! I can picture him out drinking with Pike, or the two of them glaring at each other across a desk or something. Be afraid, Starfleet! Angela Petrelli's boy will stop at nothing!

I couldn't bear to not get Kirk and McCoy together, so I'm glad that worked for you. Thanks for reading!

Yum,I liked this one a lot. Very nice usage of Heroes characters, and all very much IN character, and a fabulous Bones voice :) Wouldn't mind to read more adventures in this crossover mix *G*

.oOAlso, now I've got strange Pike/Nathan visions *palms face*

Also, now I've got strange Pike/Nathan visions *palms face* YES! I was just saying this! For some reason I can see them either being fuckbuddies or mortal enemies. Or both, maybe.

And the Heroes characters are so many and various that I couldn't resist the temptation to use them. Happy you enjoyed!

Lovely story! I've never watched Heroes so missed all the character references, but you did a great job so that it was not necessary at all.

I think my favorite part was when Jim gets the cold shoulder from the hospital staff and then Peter set him straight.

Well thank you! You know the hospital staff would be totally loyal to Bones... I'm happy this worked for someone who doesn't know Heroes. I always worry about that!

Also, your icon is lol-worthy.

Wonderful story! What is so very satisfying is that Jim is a total dick-come-good in this story. He's just doing what he think he should and expecting so little of himself and it gets him into so much shit. I also love Peter Petrelli in this - I do love his bangs, and I totally blushed in sympathy when Kirk made him beg, guh!

I love Jim with all of his baggage. But the man does have a certain way about him that could get anyone to beg, ifyouknowwhatImeanandIthinkyoudo. But he's essentially a noble guy, in my mind, so I had to let him fix things, with a little help from his intrepid Bones. So happy you enjoyed!

Shit, James T. Kirk, you SHOULD be afraid of Nathan Petrelli and the Petrelli family. I did an inner squeeee at Nathan's appearance.

oh god, yes! Love the references to the Heroes cast! Eden! Lieutenant Bennet and his sending cadets to abandoned asteroids! Nathan as a Starfleet pilot! Matt and Mohinder!

Jim, dickish as usual, slow on the uptake, but he got it at the end :D BONES! *squishes him* you sexy, snarky bastard

Nathan Petrelli vs. Jim Kirk could get ugly... Or, y'know... naked. Whichever.

I'm glad you liked the Heroes cameos! You know Bennet would be a Starfleet badass. He and Pike would probably get along. And Bones... I just love it when he's sad. I can't help it! Glad you liked, dear.

Also: ducklings icon win!
