The quote which best sums up my response to this fic would probably be "Be still, my beating vagina". This played with my heart, then was really hot. Excellent :)

Hmm, a Dom/Sub/OTT fic, you say? I suppose I can just love it til the end of my days!!!!! Unless you happen to write more of this trio, in which case I shall cast it into the gutter!

Until you DO write more of this trio (which, you realise, YOU MUST), I will be here, re-reading this lovely offering. Thank you! :D

I hadn't written these three before, but I'm starting to rather fancy them together. They have such interesting and complicated dynamics. I'm glad you enjoyed this! Aside from my one other L/J/S fic, I have nothing in the works with these three, but I never say never!

Beautifully crafted, as always. I especially love the deft way you've drawn the relationship between John and Lestrade here. So often the relationship is drawn as S/J with L on the outside, so I especially appreciated the way in which you handled John's uncertainty. His entire "Does it work?... I won’t stand in your way" felt very IC, and it really grabbed my heart - as did Sherlock's and Lestrade's reactions.

Brilliant and subtle and beautiful!

Thank you my darling! It seems to me that Sherlock and Lestrade might have had an understanding before John arrived on the scene, and he might have the most conservative romantic ideas of the bunch ("I'm a good boyfriend... sort of!" I'm glad their reactions rang true to you. <3

Jesus, this is good.

I'm actually in a poly relationship (all of us of the D/s persuasion) and we've had similar sorts of issues pop up. The sense of doubt that comes when you question your ability to be a responsible Dom; feeling like you're going a bit crazy waiting for things to be solid again as a sub... it's all very well depicted here. As is the value in having a third voice to help ease those doubts. I only wish there was more.

Well done!

Oh thank you! I'm so glad the poly dynamics rang true for you. I think these three work well for each other, but it's definitely a lot to keep track of, and each one plays his role in making it work. Thanks for taking the time to read and share your thoughts; it always makes my day to hear what worked for people.

Also, I may not be done with this triad. They are just so fascinating....
