I'm always on the lookout for new skating music for our synchronized skating team. In synchro, it's really important to have music with a good strong beat so everyone can stay together, plus you want a fun theme, something interesting that both the skaters and the audience can get into, and on top of that you want to do something that hasn't been ( Read more... )

I saw a clogging team do that once. I expect that Team Elan's performance was probably more entertaining.

Finally, results lists...okay, Team Boston (Intermediate) was eighth. Now can I please NEVER, EVER hear that "Hot Chocolate" song from "The Polar Express" ever again? Ever? Please? (Oh, God, make it stop....)

I have very fond memories of spccadet's tap routine to Devil Went Down to Georgia at one of my first Dancetroupe concerts. Great song.

Now I'm picturing a synchro routine to Madame Guillotine (first thing that came to mind with enough beat). It's a very scary thought. "Everyone lunge on 'slash!'"

I actually did a singles program once to music from the Scarlet Pimpernel overture and entre-acte. It was a lot of fun. :)

haha aww...if ever it were possible to miss someone's pouting, i'd miss your's...you somehow manage to be far too cute when you're pouting...
