Job opportunities are harder to come by than school. You can always go back to school if you're at a better job, but sometimes it's hard to find a better job if you're constrained by the schedules of school.

My advice would be to look for a better job. If in 3/6/12 months you can't find it, go for your Masters if you have the ability. Good luck with whatever decision you end up with. ^_^
