Luca was the King of Highland that Jowy served under and then replaced. Luca's plans for a secret attack on me and the New Alliance Army were leaked... I don't want to speak any clearer at this moment, considering I know my filters are hackable.

Jowy should be able to tell you all the details, at least concerning his involvement with Luca.

I'd say the rune shop is one of the safest places in the City. Considering who lives there, they're all full well capable of defending themselves.

I'm going to have to see if Futch can live there then. And Luca-- does things that shouldn't be possible. He had no rune, he shouldn't have been able to stand up to those who did, even true rune bearers included... And considering we can't simply kill him off this time...that'd just make him angrier.
