It is a Vaja case. Here is their website http://www.vajacases.com/ I am came across them when looking for a a case for my Macbook.
There are no US stores that carry them and they are currently out of stock of some of the iPad cases. They do, however, have the blue one in stock and you can customize it. They get really good reviews.
I hope you find something for your iPad ^_^
