It's Saturday. Sleep-in day. Or should be.

Our cabin overlooks a very large open field where the military twice a year has its tank training and war games. Otherwise the area is marked with signs that warn motorists that only those who live here may enter.

Great perspective, that!!! How odd that there aren't any bombs hidden in the dirt of those fields, just in case a dog trods on one and *KABOOM!* THAT might well teach them not to let their dogs run free there. :-D

Don't blame the dogs ;)

I wouldn't mind the owners going KABOOM though.

Oh, no, I don't and won't blame the dogs at all!!! I wouldn't mind coming up with some system so that the dog trods on it, goes away, but in so doing, gets the owners' attention, and when the owner comes over ... KABOOM! Unfortunately, that would mean that the dogs would have to be rounded up by some third party, which might not end well for the dogs... :-(

I whole heartedly agree with the unpleasant and unwelcome sound of a couple of YAPPY little dogs just outside my bedroom window at 7:00 every morning!!!
I am not a dog-hater. Have owned many dogs. Like many dogs. Just don't like those yappy dogs next door! I can not even go out to my mailbox without setting them off.
