Sushi in a Bowl

I have been craving sushi but the snow-snow-snow has made a trip into Lund out of the question and Lund is where the nearest sushi can be found. My craving has not been helped by my lovely daughter who calls or Skypes me just about every day on her way to or from having sushi.

But then I remembered a recipe from a few years ago.
