I came up with a metaphor for myself today.

I am a Shiny Hoothoot.  Or, in Japanese, something along the lines of わたしは色違いのホーホーです.  (Though, the characters for 'alternate colored' and Hoothoot's Japanese name were copy-pasted from Bulbapedia, so I don't know if they're right...)  Ask why, and I'll explain, but not here.

Shiny Hoothoot, huh? You will explain this over the weekend, I hope... From what I can tell, it looks right, by the way. I don't know the kanji 'alternative', but I know 'color', and that's certainly right. I could look it up in this fancy schmancy online dictionary I found that has Japanese kanji...

Were you honestly typing in Japanese, or did you copy-paste off of wikipedia for the わたしは　and です? I normally would have changed わたし　to 私, myself, but that's just 'cuz I luff kanji.

D= Bugs. Uggh. Good thing they got squished. Or, thinking positively for them, they're in a better place now XP

I... don't know how to type in Japanese, actually - I did, admittedly, copy off Wikipedia. Hehe... need to learn how to do that, don't I. (And we haven't learned that kanji yet!)
