That's it: INFPs often place a high value on harmony, and avoid conflict unless confrontation becomes necessary.

I'm looking at long term harmony and it's more important to me to find those places where conflict exists and find a way to resolve that and move on. I don't want the conflict to come out at a time of crisis when I don't have time to deal with it. It's better to have ones foundation settled rather than navigating among sharp rocks while fighting for something else...
