I've been hearing about this all over. Personally, I wonder how nobody noticed until recently when it was placed in several locations.

Im confussed, The cartoon network is talking about billboards, and who in their right mind would think keyboards, blinking keyboards with a rude gesture taped to it would be seen as publicity, especially taped to areas of the city like under bridges?

It is a smart marketing campaigne, everyone is talking about it so I guess it did what it was supposed to do, but still, it does not make sence.

Idiots. Frankly, the sight of these self-importance-bloated bureaucrats gruffly attempting to chastise the citizenry and dictate a gravity for their own Wizard of Oz jobs is hysterical. The really funny thing is that Americans tolerate these idiotic security freaks desperate to intimidate respect for their ridiculous officiousness into the general public.
