Dinner had been nice- Greek food, obviously, at a little place in Thira- and now Bridge and Xander were taking advantage of the locale to do something that departed just a little from their usual method of celebrating: a boat tour.

"See, told you this was a good idea," Bridge says. Not that Xander had ever said it *wasn't*.

"You're so right. Next time I'll totally listen and we'll skip the tapdancing knife-fight."

There might be a Xander leaning on the rail of the boat and ducking over to take care of that hint of a smile.

"And that," Bridge says, after a while, "is one of the many reasons I put up with you." There's no 'might' about his smile now.

"What are the others?" Xander asks. "My extensive hardware collection?"

[bridge_carson]

"What would you say if I said yes?"

[needsaparrot]

"That you clearly have a screw loose someplace and I need to tighten it."

[bridge_carson]

"Hey!" Bridge replies. "There is nothing about me that is loose, thank you."

[needsaparrot]

"Huh, so maybe it's too tight then? You gotta be careful when they get stuck. You don't want to strip it."

[bridge_carson]

"I don't know," Bridge muses. "I could go for stripping. I mean, not, you know, right *here*..."

[needsaparrot]

"I think the tour-guide charges extra for threesomes."

[bridge_carson]

"No!" Bridge yelps. "No, no, that's not- I didn't. No threesomes."

"Dork."

[bridge_carson]

"Dork who's not interested in sharing," Bridge clarifies.

[needsaparrot]

"I don't think Costas there would be all that interested either," Xander says. Something he doesn't remotely regret even though said tour-guide is actually fairly scenic.

[bridge_carson]

"Good," Bridge says. "Because I didn't think to bring a Sharpie with me."

[needsaparrot]

Xander frowns for a moment, hand dipping into the pocket of his windbreaker and fiddling around for a moment, not remotely dirty, before--aha!
