The place for any slashy Snape fan

One of my oldest friends just moved to a lovely new home.  She has only moved a few towns away.  The name of her new home town just makes my Harry Potter obsessed mind happy.

May I present... )

Great shots! I see you figured out the hosting photos problem. So..um...where is Severance anyway?

I think photobucket was having problems because I tried uploading in the morning and afternoon with no luck but luckily it worked later that night because I needed something to work. Last night and this morning were not much fun because my roommate's mother died so I have driven down to Denver twice in 12 hours and have had two hours of sleep.

Severance is in Colorado between Fort Collins and Greeley. Fastest growing town in the state because it is so small and there are two new housing developments. It reminds me of the town my father grew up in just not as big because his town at least had a small grocery store.

That's just so wrong, but such an appropriate business for a town with that name! And I just reread Tara Tory's No Place Like with it's mention of Rocky Mountain Oysters. *headdesk*

You're welcome. =)

I think it is just priceless but only us select few with slash and Harry Potter obsessions can truly understand the beauty. Yes I was silently praying they would pick property in Severance once I knew they were looking in that area.

I have been to Bruce's! I had a hamburger, though. :-)

You're KIDDING! Well, obviously you aren't, but hey! That's kind of funny.

(And that's coming from a person who used to live in Niceville. Which is not HP related, but still sounds oddly unreal.)

Niceville? I bet you have heard lots of jokes on that one. I grew up in a town that part of the name is now a name for disease.

That's awful! But kinda funny. :)

When I first went to college my dorm mates informed me that the telephone prefix to my town spelled "sex" on the phone and I had never noticed before.
