update Chez bricolage: AC pronounced dead at the scene. replacement being solicited. window replacement was next on the list, now???? can't have a light on in the kitchen after dark or every June bug in 3 counties comes to stay. and I hate June bugs. they have nasty little feet and like to grab and clutch and hang on.
