That seated forward bend is one of my favorites for keeping the legs limber...:-)

i love the fact that yoga is working so well for you and HATE the fact that i missed meeting up with you. but i got out of there quick (friend ending up canbceling, as she was still sick - bleh) and got my butt home. since i have a moderately-still-sprained ankle and need to get homework and studying and laundry done, this is all good.

next game, you MUST attend!! please think about it? so much FUN.
