Noisy Neighbors

Either the upstairs neighbors have the most boring taste EVAH in industrial rock, or those boys play a lot of video games.

Seriously, the low thudding of a repetitive rumblng bass-heavy theme is the background music for my day these days.

my next door neighbor used to do this too. It must have been video games with rumbling bass noises, just as you describe. I finally knocked on his door one night, but he never answered. But he got the message and I don't hear it anymore.
