some pretty boys and suchForgive me, dear flist, because I never really considered Sean Maher attractive. But, based on these photos, I may have another fangirl crush. And why only one shot of Nathan

Oh the pretty, pretty men of Firefly. I even think Ron Glass is attractive in that distinguished older man sort of way. And I will admit to a crazy schoolgirl crush on Sean Maher. Yes I'm shameless.
Yes, yes, yes, I agree with you about Ron Glass. He has that distinguished older man look. Like Robert Guillaume. So, it's not at all the same thing as how I feel for Jason Dohring or Nathan Fillion or Keanu Reeves, but it's not, like, total distaste either.
Also, when I went to rewatch Serenity today, I was able to admire Sean Maher's semi-naked self. The boy looks good!
It's true! I have absolutley no problems with semi-naked Simon.
I really do want to see Serenity again. So that I can actually watch the last half hour without peering between my fingers. What can I say? I was experiencing some stress.
Semi-naked Simon is of the good. Way of the good. And according to Jewel - at one of the Browncoats events - he's a good kisser.
I want to see it again. But there are so many other films I want to see, like A History of Violence, Where the Truth Lies, Shopgirl, the Wallace and Grommit film, etc.
And yes, this time, I knew it was happening, so I started crying, like, 5 minutes before he died. And I screamed, like, out loud, when it happened. I was still so stunned. I couldn't believe that Joss didn't go back and fix it. Cause Wash can't die. He just can't. He needs to live and make with the wisecracks. Cause life without Wash isn't as funny. ("We all know I'm the funny one...") Ah, man. I kept saying - to the point where the child was smacking me - that "they killed Wash again" with such disbelief. I am le pathetic.
Also, do you know of www.slaverats.com? It's Rob Thomas' site. Anyway, there's a podcast of his commentary to the original pilot (Cold Open) of VM available for download. The dvds come out tomorrow! So. Excited.
Serenity = love. Zino and I are going to go see it on Saturday (I spent most of last week getting him hooked, it was awesome -- especially since he's generally not a Whedon fan). The excitement, it does not know words.
And now, I go back to working on a midterm that's due by noon tomorrow. I have twelve hours, right?

Nooo, nooo, stick to your guns. Initial impression. And so forth. Because that means more for me.
Also, I may have died from the hot.

Serenity does equal love. I was as impressed the second time as the first. It's not a perfect film, but it certainly does the trick and then some.
Best of luck for your exam that you've already handed in. {{{{hugs}}}} and {{{{vibes}}}} to you, sweetie. Take care of yourself, okay?
