House hasn't thrilled me this season, generally speaking, but this two part finale was very well done, and the finale very sad. Poor Wilson. He really loved Amber, and House was very jealous of their relationship (because it took Wilson away from House), and it was House's phone call that brought Amber to pick him up. Would she have died, anyway? That's something I wasn't sure of. Either way, it was so sad. Not SUPERNATURAL sad, but sad nonetheless. Love, Robin
I'm still surprised that I ended up crying for Amber. Considering that she was the Cutthroat Bitch that everybody hated at the start of this season, it's an incredible character progression. This was such a great finale!
I totally agree. I was never wholly fond of amber, though I never hated her, but I grew to like her as she was dating Wilson, and was really hit by her death. Again, not like Dean's, but still, I dunno if anything will ever hit me like that...
The thing that made me less emotional about Dean's death is the fact that, one way or another, he IS coming back. It's just a given. Not so with Amber. She's gone for good.
