So yesterday I finished the seventh book in the Dresden Files series, "Dead Beat," and BOY was it amazing. I swear, each book in this series keeps getting better, but right now I think the sixth book, "Blood Rites," is my favorite of the series thus far, followed by book number 4, Summer Knight. Now there's just one book left in the series, "Proven

You're welcome - I read this AM the first two chapters of Book 9, "White Night," on Jim's site. They kick ass, again. Chapter three will be available next Wednesday.

Harry getting the shit beat out of him is a character defining trait for him. I'm glad that it's in the TV series. :D And speaking of the series, FINALLY they make reference tho how Harry's magic makes wonky with equipment. :D

I can't keep the Dresden Files on my shelf at Borders. I took all the books before the show started and put them up on my little showcase shelf. Yesterday, I know at least two books were sold. One was sold in the last four hours of my shift. :D *bounce* So I put in an order for a bunch more!

I WAS SO HAPPY when I saw Harry make a camera go all kablooey. :) And I'm glad the books are selling so well, they certainly deserve to. :)
