Going on Day Five here in Atlanta. Everything is great, especially my physical health. That chronic ankle problem has almost subsided, leaving only some minor knee pain. The lower back pain is also almost gone. Now all I have to deal with on my vacation is the terrible neck injury I suffered the other day in the gym. I'm confident that I'll be
