When I was in high school I though highly of Dr. Sagan (I had read many of his books). Years later in college after getting to know many prominate scientists and physicists and others who knew Dr. Sagan, and hearing about him from them, well that high opinion no longer exists.

He was a decent college prof at Cornell, that's really all one can say.
