It's a frustrated women pointing out that she's not an archetype of any variety - which is great, because I never even considered how vastly overrepresented women are in the symbolism sweepstakes before I read it.

What's ironic is, Crazy Protagonist Lady has named herself after one of the earliest archetypes - cows and bulls being, synonymous with the moon, a symbol of womanhood for some time.

I just thought it was neat.

I've seen dozens, possibly hundreds, of versions of that idea so it would've had to be a perfect example of the genre before it would even stand out from the crowd. You have to remember that I'm old and have seen most things done at least a few times before. ^_^

I still think it's neat.

Name me some good authors, anyway. I'll need a new obsession for when this one fades to a gentle background hum.
