Opening up my tags

Each entry should have a 'Tags" link (next to 'Comment', where "Memory?" used to be, in my style) through which you can 'Do anything with [my] tags that [I] can do" -- FAQ 229. Note that 'public' only allows registered users -- *not* anonymous ones. Although with the 10 million users who have accounts, combined with OpenID, combined with the ease of making an account, it'd be really easy to cause trouble, it's not *as* easy as just coming in via google.

That makes kind of sense, that they only allow accounts to edit tags. The usage of the word 'public' made me assume that it was, well, public. They should've called it 'registered' or something :)
