It looks like everyone has a doll that won't leave them alone.

I'm not sure why they keep coming back, but I'm wondering what they represent. From what I've seen so far, everyone's doll is different.

[ A slight pause, and a slightly noisy exhale. ]

I don't really know how to describe it.

[ There's a soft clicking noise for a second, and then a visual feed is enabled. Souji nods at the screen, and then turns the communicator to show what the doll looks like.

The thing looks similar in theory to one of these, but the head actually has some contour to it, as if it has a skull.

It has the shape of a human face, a place where eyes and a nose and mouth should be. But the features are vague, only slightly better than the exterior of an egg.

Currently, it's shuffling around and pacing in a twitching meander. Every few seconds it lifts its head very suddenly to direct an eyeless stare at Souji, and then continues on its way. ]

Has yours moved at all?

N-No. I haven't seen it move since... since it got here.
