I said a while ago that I'd post about makeup soon.  I've gone through my stuff and divided it into face, eyes and lips, then I'll see if anyone else has any questions or ideas for a fourth entry.

I'm not much of a foundation fan, either. I had some major breakouts right after surgery and was all WTF?! but I've found that antibacterial facial cleanser every few days works great. Otherwise, I use an anti-aging light moisturizer and, if I have skin issues, a little bit of tinted blemish treatment "for adult skin" that I can put just on problem spots. Lighter coverage is almost always better, especially in the summer! My old roommate always put on really heavy foundation, and it caused issues when it was really hot out.

Thanks for the warning about the mineral powder. I was thinking of trying it, but powders usually act really weird on my skin when it's hot out. Which is, like, 80% of the year.

I've talked to the person who makes my eyeshadows (next post) and said that Bare Minerals uses ingredients in their mineral powders that aren't technically allowed to be called mineral, and that's what causes the itchy. My Mary Kay one works and isn't owwy. And she's planning on coming out with one in less than a year.

I have really sensitive skin - I can't use dryer sheets or dryers after someone else has put dryer sheets in them, and lots of makeup makes me break out. I don't even use SOAP. I'm constantly looking for something light, but if I can get away with just anti-age serum and a little blemish cream, I'm kinda scared to switch.
