nyc broke a temperature record today - 100 degrees.
newwark did not - 101 with the record at 103
it was so hot today, but now it's cooled down
just a little, but i don't feel like melted butter anymore.

tomorrow they are promising in the 80s.

Good, because the ceiling fans and good insulation in this house only does so much; you know it's bad when you're up in the middle of the night just to drink something to prevent dehydration.

No air conditioning in our home. Just windows, ceiling fans, insulation, cold washcloths, cold drinks, and cold showers to help cool down.
