Here are my suggestions:

1. How about a crossover - the Scooby gang meeting (and bonding with) the Warner siblings? :)
2. Or maybe the Warners themselves trick or treating while being chased by Ralph T. Guard? ^_^
3. Do you know the Wunschpunsch cartoon? If you do, maybe you could draw Tyrannia and Bubonic casting a Halloween spell which would turn people into various monsters?
