Everyone at work was told by the boss on Monday that there would be no pay rises this year, but there was a chance of a bonus at the end of the year based on performance......

......WTF!
I work the equivalent of 3 peoples jobs and earn $21/hour DX I have 6 years industry experience, am over-worked/under paid and now I get told this???!

I've been there since July 2008, so about 18 months or more now.
I've had a look at similar jobs and how much they offer, so I think I'm entitled to at least $27/hour. It's the difference between a $38k package and a $50k y'know, I really should be able to afford to move out, and currently I can't >__

Ah ok. That is true. For someone like you who experienced 6 years in design industry should at least worth that much ($50k) that you mentioned.

I know it must've been extremely annoying for you to work much, but got paid less than what you supposed to earn. I had that too :\ It really feels like scratching part of your body that you can't reach. ><
