A/N: I've had this sitting in a folder for ages. I finally polished it up and decided to bite the bullet and post it. I'm still not entirely pleased with it, but I like the concept so I may revisit it

Lovely take on what could've been should Snape had lived. Lovely indeed. I adore how dark and deep it is. Stories like that just make your spine tingle.

Thank you, m'dear! I like to think about how things would have played out if Snape had lived (mainly because I'm loathe to admit he's dead T.T).

Yeah, I totally understand your feelings in that sense. I wish he'd lived as well. Dx But that way his sacrifice was all the more meaningful after all so, I guess, it was necessary?

Though the life you described him having escaped with in your drabble would've been a much better version of what could've happened. Dx
