I get a panicked call from a friend; seems he started his celebrating early and also decided to ring in the new year by having some dude wash his car. Problem is he was backing up his car to move it off the street and ran it into the car wash guy's car.Then he and car wash guy get into a bit of a misunderstanding where my buddy thinks car wash guy

Good on you for making it all work, helping instead of hurting. But of course if more lawyers did that we'd all be soon out of jobs. Does suggest I've been missing out on a good settlement negotiation technique though, "But, my learned adversary, not only are the facts clearly not in favor of your client, and it's black letter law that my client is correct, but did I mention my hobby is trading punches with guys 1/2 my age."
