There's blood in the third floor corridor. It's also on the lift. Lots of it. Not human, or any of the species I know well. It's been cleaned up, but not well enough to hide from my nose.

Is anyone missing?

vampire smelling is creepy, *the doctor(7), i don't brood, !tlv, rebel without a cause, blood is delicious, #voice, champion of the bloody people

What, the blood? I'm guessing it's another case of murder. Though you'd think someone would have mentioned finding a body or the body'd start death tolling and point fingers at his or her killer.

Precisely why it's peculiar. Though I don't know of many non-humans on the barge that are particularly weak against an opponent. Even I'm stronger than a typical human and physically I'm the weakest regeneration I've had yet. Perhaps someone's embarrassed. Or otherwise incapacitated.

Might not have been a human attacker, too. I can't tell that as easily.

...I just thought I'd mention that after the Doctor mentioned non-humans weak against opponents, in case someone started thinking I'd gotten into trouble. Again.

I can't see it, just smell it. Someone cleaned up. But yeah, the smells stronger in places than in other places, I guess.

Pretty sure it wasn't very long, seeing as I'd have smelled it last time I was in the lift if it were there then. If it were human, I'd know more.

I'd be able to sniff out a body, yeah. And it's... a bit hard to tell exactly. It's not really an exact science, you know. Though it's definitely stronger in the corridor than the lift.
