The item you didn't know is a towel, or 'Big Towel 02'.

And that isn't a dog collar, or I don't think it is. If you put it in romanji it becomes 'dom bando' and I have the feeling it's a play on word thing and would actually end up being Dom Band. So there's a chance it's for people to wear and the guys just wanted something to one up the panties from the last tour.
