Great choices. I still have to see some of them, but my list would probably be similar.

Also, Game of Thrones. <3

I'm very glad I didn't bother to make my own Top Ten list because your graphics are far more beautiful than anything I could've produced. A Separation may possibly never open in Cleveland, but the others are on their way. I'm pleased to see Hugo rank so highly, and Incendies is one hell of a story. I can't wait to hear what you think of Take Shelter, if/when you have the opportunity to see it.

Aww thanks. Hugo definitely surprised me cause I'm usually not a huge fan of children's stories. I've been waiting for Take Shelter to come out forever! It was in theaters for such a brief time and I was really busy then.

Fabulous list! I watched Incendies for one of my film classes this past semester and was absolutely blown away by it. Other than, my favourites on your list are definitely Shame, Jane Eyre, and my looooove Midnight in Paris. Though of course so many of them I still have to see! Also, I was a little surprised to see Moneyball on your list!

Thanks bb! I did not expect to like Moneyball cause I thought it was gonna be another inspiration sports movie but it ended up being totally opposite of that. I think Aaron Sorkin was a co-writer so that probably had a lot to do with it, but it avoids every single trap that sports dramas usually fall in. It's actually more about math and numbers than sentiment, which I like.
