He's even scary when he's happy. Whimper.

Ganathon would be most proud of S'lien being humbled. Ganathon also would not believe it for a second; Ganathon would advise keeping S'lien on a short leash with no access to knives. ;)

I am tickled at the nameless Weyrwoman.

I debated for a while on just who the Weyrwoman was, but then I figured out: it doesn't matter. She's just a means to an end.

As for S'lien? Well, this is E'sere's dream: S'lien can be genuinely humbled if E'sere wants him to be. ;)

Happiness when blended with insanity is always scary.
Or is it happiness with megalomania?

Either way, I see E'sere as some sort of Napoleon. The question is, does Reaches become his France or his Elba?

I am also tickled by nameless weyrwoman. Who cares who she is, so long as she gets him the job. <3. Roa, by the way, would also be tickled with a crushed S'lien, though NOT with a S'lien living at HRW. Regardless of crushage.

I debated killing S'lien off for a while, too, and then I decided, eh, it's E'sere's dream: he can let him off with a maiming so there's more competition, no question which one of them is better. And then E'sere can let him move to HRW to be forever in his debt, which is in some ways better than killing him off. ;)

In reality, though, I expect E'sere'd just kill him off and be done with it. Ah, well. XD
